A Sales & Purchase Agreement on every transaction
To ensure a secure, transparent and legally protected transaction, all gold sales are conducted under a mutually agreed Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA), which clearly defines the quantity, purity, price, payment terms, inspection procedures and delivery obligations.
For the protection of both the Buyer and the Seller, payment is not made directly to the Seller before the agreed security conditions are met. Instead, one or more of the following internationally recognised payment methods may be used.
Secure, internationally recognised methods
Funds stay protected until every contractual condition is verified and met.
Irrevocable Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC / LC)
Issued by a reputable bank, guaranteeing payment against compliant presentation of the agreed documents.
Escrow Services
The Buyer's funds are held by an independent third party and released only after all contractual conditions have been fulfilled.
Bank Guarantee (BG) or Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC)
Used where applicable to secure the obligations of the parties throughout the transaction.
Wire Transfer against verified documentation
Released only after the Buyer has received and confirmed all agreed legal documents and shipment evidence.
Full paperwork, provided before payment
Before payment, the Seller provides all available supporting documentation agreed upon in the contract, giving the Buyer complete confidence in the origin, quality and legality of the consignment.
- Proof of ownership (where applicable)
- Independent assay report
- Export permits or licences (where required)
- Commercial invoice
- Packing list
- Any other documents agreed upon in the contract
